"Cats in the cradle"

I'm Bandit!

I'm a Tuxedo longhair, and I look like I wear a mask. I'm the loveable stray
and wanna-be boss. I'm only 2 years old, but tough as nails, except when I
first got here. I was hurt with a bad dog bite on my back, and so hungry
when mom and dad gave me something to eat, I didn't know which
piece of food to eat first. I rubbed up on mom extra long and purred my loudest
hoping they would let me stay. It worked, 'cause they took me to the vet
and got me fixed...made me feel a whole lot better!

So now I'm in line for "top cat" in this house, but I think
it's gonna be a long wait. I don't mind though, 'cause I have "Missy" and "Spiffy"
to play with. We race through the house, bounce off walls. We play
attack each other and roll around on the floor. And sometimes, "Spiffy" and I
cuddle and take a nap. ("Missy" won't cuddle, but I understand when you're
top cat, you can't cuddle with everybody.)

At night, I flop on dad's head and lay on mom's chest to show my love
for them. I'm not much of a lapcat, and I'm glad mom and dad understand that, so I try to make-up
for it after we go to bed. I rub and purr and blow in their ears.
And then I sleep on dad's leg, that way I know where he is.

During the day, we play fetch and catch. I like the game
of "keep-away" best though...he tries to pat me and I move about 5 inches away...it's lots
of fun! I love it here. It don't get any better than this.
