They call me catman......

My name is Gary but you can call me catman. I was
born 58 years ago in Peoria, Illinois. I have always had pets,
but cats have always been my favorites.We have lost a few
over the years, so I have made a Memorial page for them.
We miss them all.

I am married to my beautiful wife of 32 years Inge who
is from the resort town of Murnau in the Bavarian alps of
Germany. She loves cats, birds and flowers. She is a master gardener

I worked atCaterpillar Inc for 30 years as a construction and
fabrication specialist. I served as shop steward for theUAW for 25 years,
retiring on July 1, 1997 as a member in good standing.

After retiring, we started looking for our piece of paradise. We found
it in Bradenton, Florida. We are about 20 minutes from the beaches
on the Gulf Of Mexico. Beautiful beaches, beautiful weather and beautiful felines,
which brings us to the story of :

"The boys"

We're "the boys".We finally got moved. Here we are in beautiful
sunny Bradenton, Florida.The trip down here was a bummer though, dad
gave us a sedative from the vet and we missed all the scenery.
Spiffy bit my tail, I got out of the cage twice, and mom was going bonkers.
Poor old bandit slept in the litter box. What a trip! Was it worth it?
You bet it was!!! Why dad lived so long in Illinois is beyond me.

We live about twenty minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. We have
a field behind our house where there are these funny looking things
dad says are cows. They walk around all day with these funny
looking birds called Egrets standing on their backs. These guys are not
mental heavyweights to say the least. But it's beautiful here, and the
ladies!!!! We're talking fabulous felines. This retirement thing is great. So if

Sleepy

Over the years, I've had many interests including motorcycles, music and sports.
My wife and I have traveled all over on our Harleys we've
owned over the years.There's only one motorcycle, Harley-davidson

Even though I like all kinds of music,
I love good hard rock and roll the best. Elvis was king,
but Jimi was a god. My favorites are Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin,
Neil Young, Elvis and AC-DC. My kids say I'm a dinosaur because
of my music tastes. But like I say, I like all types of music.

As you see I've had different kinds of pets,but cats are
my favorites. I would like to hear from all pet lovers, especially
cat lovers. E-mail me and lets talk about whatever. Like to hear
